Two men killed in church attack in Lakewood

Two men were killed and two others wounded in a church attack on Sunday in Lakeland, Florida, authorities said.
The victims were identified as 20-year-old Tommie Thomas and 20-old Jordan Thomas, both of Lakeland.
A pastor at First Christian Church of Lakewood, Jordan Thomas was identified as one of the victims, police said.
Lakeland police said the victims were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
The Lakeland church was on lockdown for hours after the attack and a second church was also vandalized.
The church was the site of a recent attack in which a man opened fire with an AK-47 rifle inside the church before police shot and killed him, police spokesman Scott Cogburn said.
The gunman then fled the scene.
Police said a motive in the shooting wasn’t immediately clear.
Lakewood is about 40 miles (64 kilometers) south of Orlando.
